Every barrel has two stories. What went right and what didn’t. What aged beautifully and what you’d blend differently if you had it to do over.

This is the most honest session of the Summit, and the most useful.

Each attendee will bring and share (in a small group setting) something working beautifully in their club right now, something they’d stake their reputation on; and one challenge they cannot seem to solve, the challenge that keeps showing up no matter what they try. 

The Angels’ Share, what this community gives freely, without keeping score. The Devil’s Due, the honest accounting of what we’re struggling with. We’ll exchange great ideas and support one another in tackling our challenges.
